Just to kind of keep this thread going what is one good DVD ripper program that you guys would recommend, I could search for with a keycode that I can rip some movies and put them onto my iPod?

I would get it from Demonoid but they are currently down right now and they're not sure when they'll be back up.

Raveers I would recommend Magic DVD Ripper which I actually downloaded to rip my Original Unaltered Trilogy Discs for the DVD forum. The program should be uploaded sometime this weekend.

Alright cool. I will definitely download that then once you get it up this weekend. I've got a shit load of room on my iPod for a couple of movies that I want to put on there.

Ackbar you didn't like Revenge Of The Sith the movie or even the music itself? The music for Revenge Of The Sith is awesome...especially the unreleased music that has crept up in Battlefront 2 and The Force Unleashed. I'm really hoping that there is more in the new The Force Unleashed game that's coming out tomorrow, which I have on order and will be getting this Friday.

No, I enjoyed the music for ROTS a lot. It's crazy how much good music can stick in your head; the "Immolation Scene" literally comes to mind sometimes when I see something devastating. Still don't quite like the "Throne Room" music at the end of the album though.

Overall, ROTS is also my favorite prequel movie by a long shot, although I also weigh it against two issues a good friend has: 1. The implied killing of younglings was a little too graphic for her, even if it made sense in context, making the movie feel out of place with the "fun of Star Wars" and 2. She still can't understand what happened with Padme: "losing the will to live" with no other explanation from a medical droid and as a result Leia not spending any significant time with her mother outside the womb.

Most of us are like that even me. I chalk it up to poor writing on GL's part for that.

That movie was ehh-okay. Not at all crankable, however.

Anything with Christina Ricci after her 18th birthday has become remarkably spankable material as of late. She needs to put on about 50 pounds and do some porn. In that order.

Haven't seen that movie, allthough I've been meaning to. Is it any good? The title alone made me feel like I needed to wash my hands or something, so I haven't been in a big hurry to watch it.

Titty tattoos are kind of pointless to me too. If they are decent breasteses, why mess with them? Tramp stamps are a'ight. But long ago I made a lifelong vow never to fall asleep near a woman with a tattoo of a dagger or a scorpion anywhere on her body.

I dunno'. It all depends on wether or not I keep maxing out my fair usage allowance (wtfnazis). If I use up all my DL-ability watching Clone Wars clips, I'll miss all the free porn.

well also, about the titty tattoos, to me, it's also a kind of scary form of self mutilation. specifically titty tattoos, not normal tattoos. I mean, I've honestly never once had the inclination to go get a thorny rose drawing carved into my cock.

what kind of mindset do you have to be in to think that would be good for your soul if you're a chick? "I really would like a picture of a hawk eating a strawberry on my titty, I think." for the rest of my life. Really? that would be good for you?

which leads me to this site which needs a thread all its own. http://ugliesttattoos.com

I quite enjoy that site. Leads to all kinds of questions of what people are thinking. Like, Why would Wolverine be riding My Little Pony? And what kind of bet did you lose. I don't mind ink, as long as it was ink worth getting. It can be small, large or anything in between, as long as it meant something serious to the person that got it.

As for the suicide girl here's their website, they're a messed up version of the Pussycat Dolls: http://suicidegirls.com

Troy are you thinking about the Suicide Kings movie?

I get the free porn from the daily tgps and movie posts. A bunch of samples really that are supposed to make me want to join the sites that supply the pics and clips. But when there are 1,00's of sites posting hundreds of new samples daily, wtf am I going to actually spend my money for? And I just dl em to the temp folder, they ain't that big.

My satellite company lets me get something like 150 mb a day before they knock me down to sub-dialup speeds for 24 hours. It's utter bullshit. And allthough the download speeds are way faster than I had feared they were going to be going in, I can still notice an obvious difference.

Ahh, the good old days. When I had AT&T DSL for most of the last few years, I could download the entire internet twice a day if I wanted. And everything actully worked, and loaded in mere moments. But that's what I get for living in the middle of nowhere. I actually only live 5 miles from where I used to live, but it's a different ZIP, and AT&T claims I'm too far from the switching station or some such shit so DSL isn't available in my area.

I had kept my DSL modem and begged them for a few days to let me give it a shot, but they wouldn't. I'm fairly certain it's just because of the ZIP, not any actual technical reason, but maybe I'm just projecting my own wretched disdain for humanity and call centers in particular. So now I pay 3 times the price for the county jail blues equivelent of the internet.

And then there is my job. I have had three people's jobs, at the same time, since the end of June. And the paycheck never changed. No shit.

Don't you have enough downloaded porn to keep you for a while and WTF is a bandwidth quota? Seriously, you have a fair usage on your link? I'm thankful for have charter, and none of that limit crap.

And you haven't seen Suicide Kings? You poor unfortunate man. you need to see this movie. If you don't want to wait, I found my copy in the $5 bin @ walmart. It's been out for quite a while, so there may still be copies floating around.

Some internet companies limit your useage of bandwidth per month. If you max that out early then you're practically SOL and the speeds will be almost as slow as dial up...or you may not be able to get online. We're with QWEST and they don't do that shit.

No, I haven't seen that one either, but didn't Ricci pop out her breastesses in Buffalo 66? God, that was a horrid film. But she lost her top in it, didn't she? I seem to remember them being spectacular when she was a little chunky.

PS that ugly tattoo site is muy lol.

Suicide Kings...

Henry Thomas, Sean Patrick Flannery, Saint Christopher Walken. That was a fun movie.

Have you guys seen that botox disaster Flannery lately? His face is completely different. I first noticed when he was apparently promoting the Young Indiana Jones DVDs. I watched the trailer for the Boondock Saints sequel and he looks completely different. Stupid bastard. He was good-looking!

So, like 3 different jobs, or 3 jobs at once?

3 different jobs, all at the same time. People keep leaving, or get laid off, and they just don't replace them. So I have to take all thier calls and do thier work. It would be one thing if they were all the same job, or if my work load just trippled. I get to do the mental gymnastics of juggling 3 distinct professions. 2 of which I am actually trained to do, one I just make up as I go along.

I don't have time to take a leak these days. And other people keep loosing my money. It's a grand mess. A spectacle of disapointment. I wonder if I'm too old to go back to school.

In certain instances, God bless Wal-Mart. I'm digging the expanded electronics department at local stores strictly for their discounted DVDs. I can't believe some of the insane deals they've got going on.

They've been putting out Star Trek: The Next Generation and Voyager season sets for something like 39.99. I picked up the complete Gilligan's Island series (3 season sets) for 30 bucks! Amazon and other major retailers mostly haven't even bothered to price match. Fuck 'em.

That is insane. I wish we had an expanded electronics section but we suck.

And yeah, that's the movie. Great stuff.

I haven't seen him in forever. Figures though. Talking on another board about how bad charisma carpenter looked on Legend of the Seeker. She's not aging well.

Ya definitely never too old to go back to school. You'd be surprised how many older people (50's, 60's and 70's) are in college right now getting their education that they missed out when they were young.

I work at a car dealership. So, I guess I'm happy that I still have a job. People still fuck up thier cars, so I'm always busy, even if they aren't selling them quite like they used to.

Well, into another car would be ideal. But the ground works too, as long as you end up paying me along the way I could give a shit what you hit. I used to say "as long as no one gets hurt", but now my wife works at a funeral home. So no matter how it ends up, thank you for your support.
