Originally I was gonna bump the the old
Hurricane Katrina Looters and Mutants thread, to draw contrast since the black people were being accused of this sort of activity.
Bowen met the bikini-clad Adrian Hall during Hurricane Katrina who invited him to stay with her during the storm. A year later Bowen cheats on Hall, the dismembers, cooks, and cannibalizes her. Afterwards Bowen then jumped to his death.
