Humans are utterly insignificant in the larger scheme of intergalactic existence, just a small species projecting their own mental idolatries onto the vast cosmos, ever susceptible to be wiped from existence at any moment. The majority of undiscerning humans are worthless ignorant insectoid creatures in a universe governed by forces much vaster and more powerful than them, which, due to humanity's small, visionless and unimportant nature, they do not recognize. There is no benevolent loving God of any kind, and if a higher power does exist we would be viewed by It would not feel love or even hate toward humanity, It would simply be completely indifferent to us, viewing us not as children or even servants but as nothing more than bacteria or, at best, a failed experiment long forgotten. Eventually the human race will disappear, much as the dinosaurs before them did. Other races will appear and disappear in turn. The sky will become icy and void, pierced by the feeble light of half-dead stars which will also disappear. Everything will disappear in time, consumed by entropy, and the entire universe will be reduced to an infinite nothingness inhabited solely by random scattered bits of matter with no design or pattern to them. And what human beings do is just as free of sense or meaning as the free motion of those elementary particles. Good, evil, morality, feelings? Pure fictions.
