I'm the opposite. I dull it down online. I'm much more outspoken in person. I'm backwards, I guess. Maybe it's because nobody online has any effect whatsoever on my real life so I don't let them bother me and I don't feel the need to impose my opinions on them because I don't know any of them "for real".

I am A LOT less bitchy and mean in RL. sometimes I still get bitchy and mean, but a lot less. I'm definitly still an attention seeker in rl, but that's only due to my complete lack of self control. over all I think I'm a nicer cooler person in RL. I laugh at people's jokes and it makes them happy.

I'd say I have become who I am online in real life. I probably would have just ignored stacy3po irl, instead of calling her out.

If i lurked around places in real life like i do here, i'd be in jail by now. Im about the same, though im feeling an abnormal amount of hope for acceptance into this e community. its tearing me apart

EDIT:
<-- that is me in real life, and I dont do that very often (its at C3), though I imagine I should do it more

I'm much more quiet in real life, basically because I have nothing to say. Other than that I'm pretty much the same really.

No one is the same online as in real life. There's always going to be differences in the discourse and the attitude level.

Giving some people access to newsboards and message forums is like giving a machinegun to a monkey high on crack. It's kind of funny, but you better get the hell out of the way.

And I get a kick out of watching you guys swing your dicks around at each other, trying to out do each other and behaving in a way that would be out of the question if it was the real world.

But this is the internet, and it only has so much give and take in the way of silencing a critic. Freedom of speech is great.

Me, I'm a sarcastic asshole on the internet and only more so in the real world. I should be using the internet to temper my criticisms and judgmental behavior, but I usually tend to just let it all go and then it just gets worse.

I'm a bit more amplified online, I probably wouldn't call anyone a douchebag irl (unless we're dear friends and I'm joking). And I probably don't rant or snipe about whatever people are talking about, I just think it and don't express it. I am pretty nasty and snide though, I'll interact with you and tear you down when you're out of earshot. I'm a real arsehole like that.

But I don't I don't give two fucks about most of you so you all reap the benefits ;)
