Do we know if Palps is aware of Anakins marriage (any solid spoilers)?

Palps isnt fond of Padme in TPM and AOTC and I wonder if Palps finishes Padme off while Anakin is gettin toasted-might explain how Palps is there to recue Vaders charred ass so quick. Then when Anakin is told that he had killed Padme we would know he'd been tricked and hate Sidious even more.

I'm wondering if Palps did know of Anakins marriage would he approve? A single Vader is surely of more use than a loved-up Vader.

I agree. I think Anakin tells Palpatine the secrets he can't tell Obi-Wan.

I would be surprised if Palpatine didn't know.

And Obi-Wan isn't stupid either, I'm pretty sure he suspects something. It's being hinted at in the EU, especially in Dark Rendezvous and Obsession, whose respective authors read the script before writing.

anikan has never hid his feelings well especially from obi-wan - in AotC he says a great deal before and after seeing padme for the first time in a long time... so there is not much of a stretch for obi-wan to be wise on their relationship and as vanillazinger mentioned - palpatine is someone unbiased that anikan can confide in.
